Really well equipped and furnished house. Super close to the centre but away from too much noise and crowds. As a group of six adults we had more than enough space. Great value for money. Would highly recommend. Greg 5-7/9/25
Great location. Quiet and yet central. The rooms are very nicely furnished. Supermarket and pub just around the corner. Very friendly hostess. There were three of us. The sofa bed is also very comfortable. Overall, definitely recommended. Brigitte 21-25/8/25
This was the second of Hilary’s properties we have used. It was a great space for a get together of a group of friends, good location close to city centre and clean and well equipped. Communications with Hilary worked well. All in all, very happy with the rental experience. Ian 18-20/7/25

Hilary was a perfect host. She met us at the house upon arrival, and she responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. Was perfect for our requirements, an annual reunion of friends in our 50s. Town walkable but quieter than being in the city centre. A lovely house, lots of room and nice outdoor space a bonus too. We liked the local area too. An ideal sunny weekend too. Lee 20-22/6/25

Cozy apartment in a quiet location. Thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need. Warm welcome from the host. Coffee, milk and biscuits greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay next time we’re in Bath.
Stayed for 2 nights – good location walkable into bath centre in 10-15mins. Hillary was very helpful and gave us a very smooth checkin.
A fantastic location to explore Bath and you can access everything on foot. Hilary was so quick to respond to messages and everything she communicated was clear. We had no problems checking in or out and the house was exactly as advertised. I can’t recommend this house enough.
We so enjoyed our stay at The Circus and we loved our time in Bath. So much to see and so many wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed fish and chips at the Scallop Shell, which I highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality. Patti and Charles 3-11/10/24
