The Print Studio

You enter the studio flat from the front garden, through a gate and down a flight of stone steps.

The Print Studio is a lower ground floor double studio flat, with separate shower room, cloakroom and kitchen along with a private patio garden.

The living sleeping area has a double Murphy bed, a table for up to 4, a wall mounted TV and an easy chair.

The small kitchen has everything you need for a stay including a full cooker, fridge and microwave.

There is a double shower with basin and a separate toilet with a small handbasin.

Raglan Villa is a character-filled gothic Victorian villa and is not the “perfect boutique hotel” many guests desire nowadays.  But if you enjoy the unusual and the quirky, this is the right place for you.

Set back from the road, behind an iron gate, this gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse.  Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into six uniquely decorated apartments.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of this building or gardens.

There is a good neighbour policy in this flat.

LOCATION: The Print Studio in Raglan Villa is situated on the lower slopes of the Wells Road close to the River Avon and the South entrance into the centre of Bath.

You will also find a Sainsbury’s Local grocery and convenience store close by as well as the hop on – hop off sight seeing buses.

Walking down into town you first reach Southgate Shopping area. The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey are just beyond this, so only a 15 walk from the flat.
