THE CIRCUS MAISONETTE is a gracious two bedroom, two bathroom Georgian apartment, spread over the first and second floors of the prestigious Circus.
Set inside one of Bath’s world famous architectural wonders, it offers fantastic views over Bath’s famous Assembly Rooms, which is right behind our building. The views of this handsome building from your bay windows are stunning. The front of the property overlooks the plane trees on the green.
A short stroll from the Circus will lead you to the crown jewel of Bath, the Royal Crescent, which overlooks the beautiful Royal Victoria Park.
The Jane Austen Centre is just down the street from your Maisonette. In fact, any street leading from the Circus will bring you to one of Bath’s historical sites, as well as our renowned shops, fine restaurants, café’s and museums.
The Circus Maisonette is a period apartment which has been decorated accordingly, with antiques filling each spacious room. It features a grand drawing room, a gracious dining room and well-equipped kitchen as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
BEDS & BATHROOMS: On the second floor, there is a large Master Bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom (with Victorian Hand shower).
The smaller bedroom has a single bed plus a single sized sofa bed, so the flat can accommodate 4 at a squeeze, as both beds take up all the floor space, so more suitable for 2 children. There is also a separate shower room on the same floor.
All the rooms are tastefully furnished and artfully decorated in keeping with such features as high ceilings, period cornicing and magnificent Georgian windows looking out over the circular lawn and plane trees in the centre of The Circus or the Assembly Rooms.
You will enjoy modern luxuries such as a flat screen television, DVD and ipod dock, as well as FREE WIFI.

Children over 5 years old are welcome in the Circus Apartment as long as they and their parents are well behaved.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year. Minimum stay is only 2 nights, 3 nights for Bank Holidays.

- For 3 guests: £225 – £275 per night – £1300 per week
- For 4 guests: £255 – £305 per night – £1400 per week

We did a girls trip to Bath and had the most amazing time! The Airbnb is so spacious, even bigger than it looks on the pictures (e.g. there is a „sitting“ room AND a dining room). We received great recommendations for cafés and bars upon our arrival. Throughout our trip Hilary was quick at replying to any of our messages. March 2022
A beautifully located appartmant. The location is just minutes away from other historical sites. The appartment is well equipped, quite, clean and just a nice place to be. While tourists only admire The Circus through a visit, we lived in The Circus. That was great and special. Thank you for having us.
