GARRARD’S RETREAT is a one bedroom apartment overlooking Catherine Place, a charming square at the top of the magical lane called Margaret’s Buildings that lies between two of Baths most famous architectural sites, The Circus and The Royal Crescent.
This beautifully restored lower ground floor apartment offers a spacious double bedroom with king bed that opens on to a small private patio with a bistro table and seating for two.
The lounge and dining area are charming with dining for four as well as comfortable seating in the lounge. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep up to two extra guests 1 adult or 2 children). A Smart TV and a Bluetooth stereo speaker are also available.
The bespoke kitchen benefits from an induction hob and cupboard dishwasher.
The modern bathroom comprises a bath with a shower over, sink and toilet and a heated towel rail for toasty towels.
Best of all, you are only a downhill stroll to fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops – with the Jane Austen Centre and Assembly Rooms close by and a little further will take you to the Roman Baths and the Thermae Bath Spa.
Remember that you are almost next door to the Royal Crescent, where the world famous Royal Crescent Hotel offers a fabulous spa – as well as fine dining.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION: There is a £50 fee for cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival. In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned up to the value of the new booking, less a £50 Administration Fee. However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
