Bright and airy, with windows galore Erte’s Atelier offers a remarkable one bedroom accommodation close to the centre of Bath and only a few minutes walk to the Bath Spa Railway station and a ten minute walk to the Bath Spa itself!
LOCATION: The Wells Road leads right to the centre of Bath, and our house is located just a little ways away from the River Avon, so it is an easy stroll into Bath with all its cafes, pubs, excellent restaurants and historic sites.
We are also a short stroll from our “Reproduction Georgian” Southgate Shopping Centre, replete with restaurants and shops steps away from the Bath Spa Railway and Bus Stations.

Rates & booking:
RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year. Minimum stay is only 2 nights, 3 nights for Bank Holidays.
- For up to 2 guests: £135 – £165 per night – £700 per week
- Third guest £35 per night
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a 50% deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival.
YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 6 weeks before arrival.
We will take this from your credit or debit card also.
CANCELLATION: There is a £50 fee for cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival. In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned up to the value of the new booking, less a £50 Administration Fee. However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
