The Stables is a recently refurbished spacious home for 2 guests in a hamlet between Bristol and Bath. There is one large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen dining area and separate living room, looking out onto the garden with parking for 2 cars.  Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish retreat in beautiful Somerset countryside.  Plenty of country walks including one to The Compton Inn, Compton Dando where they serve homemade food everyday of the week and another to The Rising Sun Pensford, which also has homemade food and local ales, both a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk away. Dogs are welcome at both village pubs. There is a local farm (Langford Farm) just 5 minutes walk down the road where you can collect fresh organic milk and milkshakes.

It is just a 15 minute drive to Park & Ride sites to visit either Bath or Bristol and a 30 minute drive to Wells.

The owners can be on hand if you need anything but are happy to let you enjoy your stay in peace.

£145 per night plus £10 per night per well behaved dog (up to 2)

Rates & booking:

£145.00 per night for a minimum of 2 nights.  Special rates apply over Christmas and The New Year, please email for details.

£10.00 per dog per night, no more than 2 permitted.

 

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to book we will need your debit or credit card details, the long number, expiry date and 3 digits on the back of the card, along with the first line of your address, postcode and mobile phone number.
DEPOSIT:  We will be taking a 50% Deposit with your reservation which will be debited from your Credit/Debit card.
BALANCE: YOUR FULL BALANCE  will be due 6 weeks before arrival.
We will take this from your credit or debit card also.
CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned up to the cost of the new booking, less a £50 Administration Fee.
However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
