The Doll’s House has 4 floors of enchanting rooms, with many unusual nooks and crannies and all kinds of lovely individual touches. in addition to it’s eccentricities, the Doll's House has many beautiful and luxurious features.

Most desirable of all, it has its own FREE Private Parking Space just around the corner!

There are delightful views from every one of the many wonderful windows and the comfortable lounge features a large window and french door that open onto an enclosed back patio, which is an extra bonus for those lazy sunny afternoons in Bath.

Inside, the lounge is tastefully decorated and elegantly furnished. There is a large stone fireplace with gas coal fire and widescreen TV, DVD and CD player, as well as WIFI.

BEDS: On the first floor, there is a beautiful queen-sized bedroom and there is a charming twin bedroom on the topmost floor.

BATHROOMS: There are also two full bathrooms – in miniature of course, but convenient and beautifully styled.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is a particularly wonderful feature of this amazing house. It has been set on the lower ground floor, where the original kitchen would have been and it is stunningly attractive, with every modern convenience set alongside fabulous period features – such as the large stone fireplace and window seat. The Dining Table in in the lovely stone kitchen also.

CHILDREN: Although Children are welcome in the Doll's House, it is not be suitable for toddlers because of the many stairs and other decor issues. Please discuss the suitability of this little house for your family with us.

Everything you could possibly require will be in your little townhouse, from lovely linens and towels, to tea, coffee and cookies. You will be in a fantastic area of Bath, with heritage sites all around you and theatre, cafes and restaurants just a short stroll away.

PARKING: We have a FREE PRIVATE PARKING SPACE for one car around the corner from the house.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year, the length of stay – and the number of persons staying, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

* High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holidays & weekends

£175 - £295 per night - £900 to £1200 per week

* Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st excluding holidays & weekends

£150 - £225 per night - £800 to £1000 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due 6 WEEKS before your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
