The Riverside Abode is a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a Georgian townhouse. It is centrally located next to Pulteney Bridge with views across the bridge and the River Avon .

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have the flexibility of being twin rooms or king size doubles on request. One has beautiful views of the River Avon.

KITCHEN: There is a modern open plan kitchen and dining area with table and seating for four.

There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

This is a luxurious and light apartment that has period features throughout including the fire place, large sash windows offering fantastic views of the Pulteney bridge and the River Avon.

PARKING: Although we always encourage our guests to arrive by train,the Riverside Abode has a FREE PARKING PERMIT to park one car in the central zone near the flat.

CHILDREN: Children are welcome in the Riverside Abode as long as they and their parents are well behaved.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Up to 4 persons: £250 per weekend night. £200 per weekday night. £1,200 a week.

Up to 2 persons: £175 per weekend night. £150 per weekday night.

£900 a week.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
