Parade Gardens Apartment named after its fantastic views is a spacious central two bedroom corner apartment spread over 3 floors, offering amazing views of Bath’s award winning Parade Gardens and Abbey
Staircase to second floor - The well equipped modern kitchen provides plenty of space for dinner party preparation, facilities include double oven, full size dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a central breakfast bar area with seating for 4. The convenient dining room opposite provides table and seating for 6. A sofa along with an ipod docking station facility is provided for soft background dining music. A loo has been conveniently situated in between the two rooms.
Stair case to third floor – To the left is the large master bedroom with super king bed. The room offers plenty of hanging and storage space and has a beautiful tiled en suite double shower room complete with heated rail for toasty towels. The sitting room is to the right comprising of a large double sofa bed and seating along with a flat screen TV/DVD for your enjoyment.
Stair case treads are smaller and become steeper to fourth floor – To the right is the second spacious bedroom with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and super king zip and link bed. Treat yourself to a large 6 foot double bed or request 2 singles, the choice is yours! A second small double sofa bed is also available within this room for an important further additional person. To the right is a family bathroom comprising of a bath plus a stand alone shower.
This lovely central apartment is an easy 5 minute walk from Bath Spa train station. However, if you feel the need to bring a car, a free parking permit valid for the central zoned designated parking areas (not valid in public car parks) is available for your use. This is a lovely central apartment tastefully decorated with plenty of natural light flooding through the sash windows and the magical city of Bath is at your doorstep. Everything you could possibly require should be in the flat, from lovely linens and towels to tea, coffee and cookies.

PARKING: We have a FREE PARKING PERMIT to park one car in the Central Zone with additional parking available in surrounding public car parks
CHILDREN: Children over the age of five are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved. This apartment is unsuitable for toddlers and those with limited mobility

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- up to 4 persons: £250 - £300 per night - £1400 per week
- up to 6 persons: £300 - £350 per night - £1500 per week
- up to 8 persons: £350 - £400 per night - £1600 per week
- up to 8 (6 adults & 2 children)
Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year. Minimum stay is only 2 nights, 3 nights for Bank Holidays.
