MONMOUTH PLACE Apartment is in central Bath, with such heritage sites as the Abbey, Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge and the Royal Crescent a short walk away. 

This unique apartment is a hidden gem and has been cleverly designed offering a balcony and courtyard. It is sleekly furnished offering a separate kitchen, ground floor loo, living room, 2 double bedrooms, family Jack and Jill bathroom and stylish ensuite shower room. There is gas central heating, flatscreen television and of course WIFI.

GROUND FLOOR

KITCHEN: This stylish kitchen with quartz work tops has a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a Nespresso coffee machine if you wish to bring your own pods.

There is a ground floor loo situated just off the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM: Decorated to a high standard and flooded with natural light. The floor has a glass panel providing light to the bathroom below. There is seating and a double sofabed for a further 2 guests and a flatscreen TV with freeview. The dining table can sit up to 9. This unique living room has a door opening onto a balcony which overlooks the courtyard below

DOWNSTAIRS

BEDS: The 2 double bedrooms are situated downstairs. In the hallway between the two bedrooms is a pretty daybed which can sleep a further guest. A double sofabed for 2 more guests is on the ground floor in the living room.

BEDROOM: 1 has a double size bed and a shower ensuite. This bedroom has private access to the lovely courtyard. The bedroom has natural light from the courtyard window.

BEDROOM 2: Also has its own private access to the courtyard. It offers a super king size link bed. This bedroom has an original fireplace which is for decorative purposes only. The bed can be split into 2 singles or become a superking. This bedroom has private access to the main Jack and Jill bathroom.

OUTSIDE: This lovely apartment is very fortunate to benefit form a private courtyard for alfresco dining during thoses balmy summer evenings!

CHILDREN: This apartment is unsuitable for children

PARKING:  Parking is in the long stay public car park at Charlotte Street, which is a 5 minute walk, and costs just £12 for 24 hours.

Train Station: If you wish to leave your car at home, Bath Spa Train Station is about a 15 minute walk away.

We provide linen, soft towels and a few essentials like milk, tea, coffee and cookies for your arrival so you can truly relax into your weekend.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekendsRESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 

FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS:

Off-season  - £200 - £250 Per Night £1100 A WEEK.

High-season- £250 - £300 Per Night £1200 A WEEK.

FOR UP TO 6 GUESTS:

Off-season   - £250 - £300 Per Night £1300 A WEEK.

High-season - £300 - £350 Per Night £1400 A WEEK.

FOR UP TO 7 GUESTS:

Off-season   - Extra £25 Per Night or £1400 A WEEK.

High-season - Extra £25 Per Night or £1500 A WEEK.

We will need a credit or Debit Card to Confirm your Reservation:

DEPOSIT:  We will be taking a deposit with your reservation which will be debited from your Credit/Debit card, and we will take your balance the same way 6 weeks before your arrival.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. 

BALANCE: YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 6 weeks before arrival.

We will take this from your credit or debit card also.  

CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £50 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
