JULIET'S BALCONY is a dazzling studio apartment with dramatically high ceilings and beautiful galleried bedroom on the first floor of Fountain Buildings, a grand old building at the top of Bath’s shopping area in the very centre of Bath.

Fountain Buildings is so grand it actually has a lift! Juliet's Balcony is on the first floor so it has all the gorgeous features a first floor apartment should have, such as very high ceilings with original cornice, magnificent bay windows (with window seat) and ornamental gothic stone fireplace.

This stunning apartment faces out the back of Fountain Buildings, so there is no traffic noise and because of the building’s placement, you are treated to magnificent roof top views over Bath.

The bedroom is in the pretty balcony - hence the name, with a sweeping staircase down to the living room and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is in a large alcove off the living room, whilst the bathroom is off the entry way.

Juliet's Balcony has many unique touches as well as all mod cons and is family friendly. The living room has a comfortable double sized sleep sofa and there is a cot and high chair available for younger children.

There is no bathtub, but there is a very large shower, as well as a washer/ dryer for your added convenience.

PARKING: Parking is in the long stay public car park at Charlotte Street, which is a 5 minute walk, and costs just £12 for 24 hours.

Juliet's Balcony is in the very centre of Bath, so excellent restaurants, cafe's, nightclubs and fantastic shopping is at your doorstep, and all the famous heritage sites of Bath just a 5 minute stroll away.

Everything you could possibly require will be in the flat, from lovely linens and towels to tea, coffee and cookies. There is plenty of natural light and city of Bath is at your doorstep.

Children are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holidays & weekends
£150 - £175 per night - £900 to £1200 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st excluding holidays & weekends
£135 - £165 per night - £800 to £1000 per week

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due 6 Weeks before your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
