GRAND VIEW: is an elegant one bedroom apartment on the first floor of a gracious Georgian building on the famous Great Pulteney Street in the romantic centre of Bath.

We call this apartment Grand View, for the wonderful views over Great Pulteney Street from the Bedroom windows and the amazing views from the Kitchen and Living room of the Gardens, the Rugby Ground and the surrounding hills.

Grand View is just over the famous Pulteney Bridge and only 5 minutes stroll to the Roman Baths. Because this is the First Floor Flat in a substantial building, it has the high ceilings, cornicing, ceiling roses, original window shutters, and Georgian fireplaces that you would expect in such a fine property.

This gorgeous flat retains it's period features, yet is sleekly furnished in a strikingly modern style, with smart modern kitchen, stylish bathroom, with tub and separate shower, central heating, widescreen Television with DVD in Bedroom and living room, and of course WIFI.

BEDS: There is plenty of seating in the living room and the sofa contains a comfortable double sized sofa-bed. There is also dining space for six guests, and a dramatic bedroom with queen sized bed.

KITCHEN & DINING: This stylish Kitchen has both dishwasher and washing machine and separate dryer. The Dining table can seat 6 and is in the Lounge.

CHILDREN: Although this is a luxury flat, children of all ages are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved and we will be happy to provide a cot when necessary. We even have a sturdy Roll-Away bed for that pesky extra child.

Grand View flat is in the very centre of Bath, with such heritage sites as the Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge and the Parade Gardens at your doorstep. Great Pulteney Street is the most famous street in Bath and offers many lovely shops, restaurants and cafes.

One of the most important features of this flat is it's proximity to the Rugby pitch, just around the corner, and the amazing views of this ground available from the living room and kitchen windows.

PARKING: We have a FREE PARKING PERMIT to park in the area near the flat.

Again, excellent Restaurants, fantastic shopping, theatre and nightlife is a short stroll away.

RATES: Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£145 - £195 per night - £1000 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to march 31st (excluding holidays)
£125 - £175 per night - £800 per week

Children Welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We will need a credit or Debit Card to Confirm your Reservation:

DEPOSIT: We will be taking a £100 deposit with your reservation which will be debited from your Credit/Debit card, and we will take your balance the same way 6 weeks before your arrival.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.
BALANCE: YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 6 weeks before arrival.

We will take this from your credit or debit card also.

CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £50 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
