Centrally located, situated off Great Pulteney Street and close to the Recreation Ground where Rugby fans can enjoy a game. A short 5 minute stroll over Pulteney Bridge brings you to all of Bath's wonderful cafes, restaurants, shopping, spa and attractions.
This stunning apartment covers the ground and lower ground levels. The hallway leads to a tiled floor contemporary kitchen with high spec crown imperial titanium finished units. A frameless glass architectural screen separates a beautiful artisan stone surround jacuzzi bath from the large walk in rainforrest water shower behind. Cleverly lit with pretty blue lights reflecting lilac, creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy. There is a bidet, loo, heated towel rail and artisan stone basin.
Sandwiched between the bathroom and the hallway is a stunning glass wall with a door opening to the first of the two outside areas. Here is a pretty courtyard with a table and seating for four along with access to the pavement above via steps. The door at the opposite end of the hallway leads you down sixteen stone steps to a private walled in garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining. Dotted with several mature trees, there is a lawn and large patio area complete with table and more than adequate seating. What more can you wish for!
This desirable apartment has gas central heating throughout and all fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. A welcome pack, linens, towels and one parking permit is also provided for use during your stay.

Please remember that you have real neighbours and request that your behaviour does not impact on them. We do have the right to ask you to leave the property if we receive any complaints and no refund will be given.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will need a credit or Debit Card to Confirm your Reservation:
DEPOSIT: We will be taking a deposit with your reservation which will be debited from your Credit/Debit card, and we will take your balance the same way 6 weeks before your arrival.
We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart.
BALANCE: YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 6 weeks before arrival.
We will take this from your credit or debit card also.
CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £50 Administration Fee.
However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.
