BATHEASTON COACH HOUSE: A Country Cottage in the outskirts of Bath!

Batheaston Coach House is a lovely 1 bedroom self-catering home with handsome contemporary interior, splendid views and pretty sheltered garden, as well as a private off street parking space!

This delightful Coach House is actually a flat above the coach house (used only for storage now), and is set back along the drive to a substantial Georgian Residence in Batheaston, only 15 minutes by car from the centre of Bath.

BEDS: There is a good sized bedroom with king sized bed and the owners can provide a folding bed for an extra adult or child. They also can provide a cot and high chair for your smaller child.

Although the there is only one bedroom, this is a gracious living space with plenty of room for children and extra guests. Children are welcome here and extra beds and baby cots are available for families.

LOUNGE: This is a spacious room with a bright and cheery open plan living space with stylish modern kitchen and every convenience, including Washer/Dryer. There are glorious views to the sheltered garden from its many windows.

BATHROOM: There is bright and spacious bathroom with a with both tub and shower.

Batheaston is a charming village with many local amenities, from grocery stores to Village pubs and is located at a juncture of many diverse attractions, from hiking trails up Solsbury Hill, to walks along the Kennet and Avon Canal, St. Catherine’s Valley, and the many pristine villages of the Cotswolds, as well as being close to the enchanting and historic villages of Wiltshire and Somerset.

You could not ask for a more delightful retreat from the bustle of Bath City Centre. Yet, the amazing heritage City of Bath, with the famous Roman Baths, is just a few miles away.

Everything you could possibly require will be provided in your cottage, from teas, coffees and cookies, to Widescreen TV, DVD and Wifi. The Batheaston Coach House can be your perfect romantic retreat or a glorious base for your exploration of Bath, Stonehenge and Avebury.

RATES: Rates vary for the number of persons, the time of year and the length of stay, but always includes all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

High Season Rates: April 1st to January 3rd and all holiday weekends
£95 - £145 per night - £600 per week
Low Season Rates: January 4th to April 1st (excluding holidays)
£85 - £125 per night - £500 per week

Children are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due 6 Weeks before your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.
